pizza and pasta sauces, made the same today as they were in 1969,
are derived from the Sicilian recipes of Joe’s mother and
grandmother. Keeping their commitment to the community, Longo’s,
Joey’s, and Pastina restaurants all use locally grown produce and
poultry as well as fresh hand-cut toppings, on all pizzas and
entrees. All sauces, soups and dressings are made fresh daily, and
their hand-breaded chicken tenders are never frozen.
The Longo family would like to sincerely thank you for your
continued support, as they look forward to being a part of your
community for many years to come.
