Baked Italian Bruschetta Bread with garlic, olive oil, Roma tomatoes, fresh basil, parmigiana and provolone cheese. Fresh dough Longo's Cheezy Bread topped with garlic butter and provolone cheese with enough to share. Potato Skins with bacon, cheddar, and provolone cheese and served with sour cream. Breaded Onion Rings fried to a golden brown, served with Ranch dressing. Breaded Mozzarella Cheese Sticks fried golden brown and served with marinara sauce. Longo's uses only fresh (never frozen) Chicken Tenders, hand breaded and cooked to order. Buffalo Bites of boneless chicken bites tossed in your choice of sauce. Jumbo Chicken Wings served with your choice of sauce from mild, medium, hot, garlic, honey mustard, garlic parmigiana, BBQ, cajun, general Tso's, and hot BBQ. Soups & Salads

Start your meal off with a bowl or cup of Soup du Jour made fresh daily. Salads include the Ultimate Chicken a mix of iceberg Lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, cheddar and provolone cheese, croutons, chicken tenders or grilled chicken breast. Of course we the Italian traditional Antipasto Salad with Lettuce, Genoa salami, pepperoni, ham, provolone cheese, tomatoes, black olives, pepper rings, croutons, and roasted red peppers. Our House Salad features tomatoes, pepperoni, provolone cheese, and croutons. Then there is the Walnut & Bleu Salad of Mixed greens, walnuts, crumbled bleu cheese, dried cherries and roma tomatoes tossed with our signature Italian dressing. And don't forget the Classic Caesar and Romaine lettuce tossed with Caesar dressing, parmigiana cheese, croutons, and roma tomatoes.

Dinner Entrees

Try our Longo's Trio, a generous portion of Chicken Parmigiana, lasagna, meatballs, and Linguine Alfredo. Or perhaps our Eggplant Parmigiana of breaded eggplant with marinara sauce and provolone cheese, served with side of pasta. Chicken Madison is a menu favorite of breaded chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms and scallions in a white wine, cheddar and provolone cheese sauce. Chicken Broccolini Alfredo sautéed with fresh broccoli florets and Alfredo sauce, tossed with linguine. Try our Pasta Feast of Italian sausage sautéed with garlic, mushrooms and roasted red peppers in marinara sauce, tossed with pasta and served with meatballs or the Homeade Lasagna and Meatballs with layers of pasta and seasoned ground beef, provolone and ricotta cheese, with marinara sauce and meatballs. Go for the Baked Penne pasta with meat sauce and a blend of 3 cheeses (ficotta, parmigiana, and provolone), or the Jumbo Ravioli and Meatballs with your choice of Cheese or Meat filled ravioli with meatballs and marinara sauce.

Consider our Eggplant Parmigiana Sub Lightly breaded eggplant fried golden brown topped with marinara sauce, provolone cheese, and roasted red peppers served on a sub bun. Or a local favorite, Big Italian Sub piled high with salami, ham, pepperoni, provolone cheese, pepper rings, green peppers, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and our signature Italian dressing. The classic Meatball Sub, smothered in provolone cheese and marinara sauce served and add grilled peppers and onions. Chicken Parmigiana Sub, Sautéed, breaded chicken breast topped with marinara sauce and provolone cheese also on a sub bun.
